Det st\u00e5r klart efter att parterna skrivit ett sju\u00e5rigt hyresavtal avseende en 5 000 m<sup>2 <\/sup>stor yta av Logicenters blivande fastighet. Hela anl\u00e4ggningen ber\u00e4knas st\u00e5 klar under b\u00f6rjan av 2022 och First Class Brands of Sweden v\u00e4ntas flytta in senare under samma \u00e5r. Fastighetens resterande yta om hela 20 000 m<sup>2 <\/sup>byggs f\u00f6r n\u00e4rvarande p\u00e5 spekulation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under b\u00f6rjan av 2022 ska Logicenters moderna fastighet i Staffanstorp, strax utanf\u00f6r Malm\u00f6 st\u00e5 redo f\u00f6r sina hyresg\u00e4ster. Fastigheten, som totalt ska m\u00e4ta 25\u00a0000 m<sup>2<\/sup>, har s\u00e4krat sin f\u00f6rsta blivande hyresg\u00e4st. Det st\u00e5r klart sedan Logicenters skrivit ett hyresavtal med det snabbv\u00e4xande h\u00e4lsoproduktsf\u00f6retaget First Class Brands of Sweden. Avtalet g\u00e4ller en yta om 5\u00a0000 m<sup>2<\/sup> och f\u00f6retaget ber\u00e4knas flytta in i sina nya lokaler under augusti 2022.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201d<\/em><em>Vi <\/em><em>\u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt glada \u00f6ver att First Class Brands of Sweden blir den f\u00f6rsta hyresg\u00e4sten i v\u00e5r kommande moderna fastighet. Det \u00e4r roligt att vi nu \u00e4r ig\u00e5ng med v\u00e5r satsning i Staffanstorp och First Class Brands of Sweden \u00e4r ett gott exempel p\u00e5 framtidsf\u00f6retag som insett v\u00e4rdet i det attraktiva l\u00e4get som omr\u00e5det erbjuder\u201d, <\/em>s\u00e4ger Matthias Kettelhoit, Head of Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>Fastigheten kommer att uppf\u00f6ras p\u00e5 adressen V\u00e4stanv\u00e4gen i Kronosl\u00e4tts F\u00f6retagspark. Med n\u00e4rhet till Malm\u00f6 och \u00d6resundsregionen \u00e4r omr\u00e5dets geografiska l\u00e4ge mycket attraktivt f\u00f6r m\u00e5nga olika typer av f\u00f6retag. Tidigare har stora f\u00f6retag som Bring Frigo, Kuehne+Nagel och Microsoft valt att etablera sig i f\u00f6retagsparken. D\u00e5 First Class Brands of Sweden flyttar in i en femtedel av fastigheten inneb\u00e4r det att resterande yta om cirka 20\u00a0000 m<sup>2 <\/sup>kommer att st\u00e5 till f\u00f6rfogande f\u00f6r ytterligare hyresg\u00e4ster.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201d<\/em><em>Vi ser mycket fram emot att flytta in i v\u00e5r nya logistikanl\u00e4ggning som dessutom blir bel\u00e4gen i ett perfekt l\u00e4ge f\u00f6r att st\u00f6tta v\u00e5r tillv\u00e4xtresa och verksamhet.
