The majority of the warehouse will be temperature controlled. The building will be delivered to FoodService Danmark during Q3 2017. The location only 20 km from Copenhagen city center will give FoodService Danmark an important competitive advantage.<\/p>\n<p>The land plot is 100,000 sqm and was acquired from Ish\u00f8j municipality in April as part of the new Winthersminde industrial and logistics area in Ish\u00f8j.
