It is a long-term agreement for 7,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> with the possibility for expansion.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201d <em>It feels exciting that we can present \u00c5J Distribution as one of our new tenants in Kallh\u00e4ll. It is a great trust that we have received, that they choose us for their first move in over 20 years. We look forward to helping the company continue its strong growth<\/em>\u201d, says Fredrik Nygren, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The new property in Kallh\u00e4ll has the right geographical location for good distribution and provides great opportunities to develop the organization. The strategic location in close proximity to Stockholm and highway E18 makes the property easily accessible for both customers and employees.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>\u201c <em>We are already looking forward to moving into our new property. The collaboration with Logicenters has been very good. Based on the geographical location combined with a modern and efficient property, we believe this is just right for our business. Here we will be able to continue our expansion and offer smooth logistics flows to our customers<\/em>\u201d, says Fredrik Ringstr\u00f6m, CEO at \u00c5J Distribution.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The building will meet all requirements for modern logistics with a focus on sustainability.
