Enko\u0308ping\u2019s Business Park continues to grow. It\u2019s now clear that Logicenters will continue its establishment in the area where it will develop 12,200 m2 for Jobman Workwear AB. The facility will be ready in the first quarter of 2024.<\/strong><\/p>\n

In line with increasing demand for efficient logistics, Logicenters is involved in developing Enko\u0308ping\u2019s Business Park, just north-east of the central city. A lease has now been signed with Jobman Workwear AB to develop an additional 12,200 m2 in the area, where the workwear company will become a long-term tenant.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe geographic location at the E18 with close connections to Stockholm and the entire Ma\u0308lardalen opens for efficient logistics with a favorable rental situation compared to Stockholm\u2019s locations. We are very happy about the collaboration with Jobman and looking forward to accompanying them on their continued expansion journey<\/em>\u201d, says Victoria O\u0308dmark, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.<\/p>\n

Jobman Workwear has worked since 1975 to develop workwear for professionals with high demands. Durability has always been \u2013 and will always be \u2013 the company\u2019s hallmark as it is one of the leading companies in its industry.<\/p>\n

The property, Hagalund 1:34, will be developed according to Logicenter’s ambitious sustainability profile and will be ready during the first quarter of 2024.
