Thunderful Group is continuing its strong development by expanding its initial commitment to move into a modern logistics property totalling 25,000 m2 in area.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In the spring of 2021, Logicenters&#8217; state-of-the-art 45,400 m2 logistics property in Torsvik was ready for new tenants to take up residence. It has now been announced that Nordic gaming company Thunderful Group AB has chosen to lease all the remaining available space, becoming one of the three tenants at the property. The multi-year agreement covers an area of 25,000 m2 and meets all the criteria required for modern logistics operations \u2013 a large number of gates, a good working environment and automated facilities. Thunderful Group is currently leasing 15,000 m2 at Mo\u0308belva\u0308gen 7 in Jo\u0308nko\u0308ping.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are delighted to be expanding our collaboration with Thunderful Group, which was the first tenant at our new property in Jo\u0308nko\u0308ping. The premises are very flexible and conducive to growth by expanding companies such as Thunderful Group. The property and location in Torsvik is also ideally situated geographically for smooth transport links throughout the Nordic region. We look forward to closely following Thunderful Group&#8217;s journey,\u201d says Fredrik Nygren, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>The property is centrally located in the Torsvik industrial district, just to the south of Jo\u0308nko\u0308ping. The area offers excellent transport links to the whole of Sweden and the rest of the Nordic region, including the E4 motorway, the main connection between Stockholm and the O\u0308resund region. Key to the development of the property has been energy efficiency and the achievement of GreenBuilding environmental certification. In order to reduce the building&#8217;s energy consumption, the property will also be fitted with a motion-controlled LED electric lighting system to minimise electricity consumption.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are looking forward to expanding the area at our new premises in Torsvik. The facility is perfectly located for us and will help us to grow. It also meets our demanding logistical requirements.
