The agreement includes the development of a 35,000 m\u00b2 logistics property in K\u00f8ge, just outside Copenhagen, which PostNord TPL will move into. The property is scheduled to be ready for occupancy in the autumn of 2021.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Logicenters is continuing to develop and strengthen its presence at strategic logistics hubs in the Nordic region and is now significantly extending its presence in K\u00f8ge on Zealand, Denmark. The logistics property company has now signed a new lease with PostNord TPL, which also involves the development of a new 35,000 m\u00b2 facility. The TPL property is scheduled to be ready for completion and occupancy in the autumn of 2021. Logicenters will serve as the developer for this project and this time will bring its trusted Swedish contractors across the strait.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are happy and proud that PostNord has once again shown its confidence in us and that we are now taking our cooperation even further. This confirms that we offer attractive and modern logistics properties of a high quality. The agreement represents an exciting commission where Logicenters, with its collective skills, will also serve as the developer for construction of the new property. We are confident that PostNord will love its new facility<\/em>,\u201d says Matthias Kettelhoit, Head of Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>Logicenters focuses on sustainable investment and is at the forefront of developing sustainable buildings with a low carbon footprint and reduced energy consumption. This property will therefore have a clear focus on sustainability and will be prepared for the installation of solar cells on the roof of the property.
