Due to continued growth of the business, Logicenters is recruiting a Commercial Director for Norway. The Commercial Director for Norway is hands-on responsible for developing business and negotiating the selling, leasing, and marketing of Logistics real estate properties for clients.<\/p>\n

The Commercial Director is primarily responsible for bringing in new business and for developing and maintaining a network of intermediary relationships, including key personnel at asset managers, brokers, real estate investment managers and relevant advisors. The candidate will lead the development of strategic client\/intermediary relationships, will operate at a senior level, dealing with high profile clients and will handle complex international corporate structures.<\/p>\n
