In addition to this, 53,600 <\/strong>m<sup>2<\/sup><strong> are under development and due for completion on a pre-let basis during Q1 2016. All the assets are located in key logistics hubs in Sweden, Denmark and Finland. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The Swedish properties are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flahult 21:34, J\u00f6nk\u00f6ping with 40,400 m<sup>2<\/sup> DC let to Aditro Logistics<\/li>\n<li>\u00c5nsta 20:258, \u00d6rebro with c. 8,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> CD let to DSV Road and;<\/li>\n<li>Nykvarn, South of Stockholm with 36,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> DC development for Aditro<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Danish properties are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Egeskovvej 17B and 19 in Horsens with c. 6,800 m<sup>2<\/sup> CD and 28,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> DC let to DKI Logistics<\/li>\n<li>Logistikparken 1, 3, 7 and 9 in Aarhus with c. 58,500 m<sup>2<\/sup> DC let to Skanlog and;<\/li>\n<li>Ventrupparken 2 in Greve with c. 30,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> DC let to Zebra<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Finally the Finnish assets are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Polarpakintie 4, H\u00e4meenlinna with 52,300 m<sup>2<\/sup> DC let to the global packaging company Huhtam\u00e4ki and;<\/li>\n<li>Pirkkala, Tampere with a 17,600 m<sup>2<\/sup> DC development to the Also group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u201cWe are pleased that we have been able to grow our logistics portfolio across the Nordics piece by piece with well-located prime assets despite the increased market competition&#8221; says Rickard S.
