Elbutik has signed a long-term lease with Logicenters to move into the state-of-the-art facility currently under development in Staffanstorp.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

Logicenters’ 200,000\u00a0m2<\/sup> site in Staffanstorp is being developed into a full-scale logistics park. It has been announced that one of the new tenants at the site will be Elbutik.se, Sweden’s largest online electrical store. It is part of the listed Elektroimport\u00f6ren Group, which is continuing to record strong growth and positive development in the market.\u00a0 The lease for more than 10,000 m2<\/sup> spans ten years and a state-of-the-art Autostore unit will be installed at the premises for efficient logistics handling.<\/p>\n

\u201cFollowing on from our strong growth in Norway with Elektroimport\u00f8ren and our recent acquisition of Elbutik Scandinavia, we are really looking forward to strengthening our presence yet further in Staffanstorp. It will be our future expansion platform, offering close proximity to the whole \u00d6resund region and excellent transport links to the rest of the country. The property is being built at V\u00e4stanv\u00e4gen in Kronosl\u00e4tts Logistics Park. With its proximity to Malm\u00f6 and the \u00d6resund region, the area’s geographical location is very attractive to many different types of companies. In the past, major companies such as First Class Brands of Sweden, Bring Frigo, BMW and Microsoft have chosen to establish a presence at the logistics park.<\/p>\n

The E6 and E22 motorways linking Staffanstorp to the Nordic motorway network are just five minutes from the property. The property is optimally located for fast and smooth transport links in the \u00d6resund region, throughout Sweden and the rest of the Continent, as Malm\u00f6 Airport and the \u00d6resund Bridge are both just 20 minutes away. In addition to Malm\u00f6, major cities such as Copenhagen, Helsingborg and Lund (a total of 4\u00a0million inhabitants) can also be reached within an hour.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
