The property will become Dahl&#8217;s new central warehouse and is scheduled for completion at the end of 2022. Logicenters has also acquired Dahl&#8217;s current 45,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> logistics facility located in Kallh\u00e4ll, between B\u00e5lsta and Stockholm.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Logicenters is ending the year with a major double deal while continuing to consolidate its presence in the Stockholm region. In B\u00e5lsta, H\u00e5bo municipality, Logicenters will develop a 72,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> logistics facility for HVAC wholesaler Dahl Sverige AB. Logicenters will be responsible for the construction of the state-of-the-art, highly automated central warehouse \u2013 which is to be developed in close consultation with Dahl to ensure that all the company&#8217;s logistical needs are met.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are delighted to have been entrusted with the development of Dahl&#8217;s new logistics facility. We have worked with Dahl for many years and taking the collaboration to the next level feels completely natural. The fact that the new central warehouse is also one of the year&#8217;s largest logistics deals in Sweden is of course also a great record. It is a joy to establish a base in a municipality such as H\u00e5bo which really understands the value of modern logistics and I would like to thank the municipality for its excellent collaboration yet again\u201d,<\/em> says Matthias Kettelhoit, Head of Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>Logicenters has also acquired Dahl&#8217;s current 45,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> logistics facility located in Kallh\u00e4ll, in the neighbouring municipality of J\u00e4rf\u00e4lla. It will take control during the first quarter of 2021, with Logicenters having an opportunity to expand the facility by up to 12,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> in addition to the existing warehouse space. Dahl will continue to operate from the property until the new central warehouse in B\u00e5lsta has been completed.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are extremely pleased to be working with Logicenters again. There will also be an option to install solar cells on the property&#8217;s roof. The existing warehouse in Kallh\u00e4ll will undergo a sustainability inspection when Logicenters takes control.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cIt is very gratifying that Logicenters has once again chosen to establish itself in our municipality and we also look forward to welcoming Dahl to H\u00e5bo.
