It has been announced that Bedrocan, a supplier of medical cannabis, will lease 13,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> in K\u00f8ge. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Two years ago, Logicenters acquired 160,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> of land at the Danish logistics park, Skandinavisk Transport Center, in K\u00f8ge, south of Copenhagen. The logistics property company is planning to develop facilities totalling 68,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> in the park, which is now beginning to be filled with future tenants.<\/p>\n<p>A long-term lease agreement has been signed between Logicenters and the Dutch company Bedrocan to lease 13,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> in Egedesvej C, with occupancy scheduled to take place on 1 May 2023.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>We are delighted to end the year by entering into a long-term lease with Bedrocan.<\/em><em> Our state-of-the-art and sustainable logistics facility will truly accommodate Bedrocan&#8217;s need to streamline its logistics operations on the Danish market. We look forward to welcoming our new tenant in the spring<\/em>,\u201d says Thomas Petersen, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>Bedrocan is the world&#8217;s most experienced producer of medical cannabis. Its high-quality cannabis is used worldwide by patients, drug developers and researchers. It operates two indoor growing facilities in the Netherlands and now one in Denmark (K\u00f8ge). Bedrocan does not produce cannabis for recreational use.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>With two decades of experience in manufacturing pharmaceutical grade medical cannabis, we look forward to further developing our business in the Nordic region. K\u00f8ge is also very close to Copenhagen and the port of K\u00f8ge.
