This work has now been completed and the new logistics facility of approximately 20,000\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> is ready to welcome one of Sweden&#8217;s largest pharmacy chains.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Two years ago, Logicenters signed an agreement for the development of a new logistics facility for Kronans Apotek, one of Sweden&#8217;s largest pharmacy chains. The facility is located at Enk\u00f6ping Logistics Park, an expansive area directly adjacent to the E18 motorway and the main R55 road, offering great potential for logistics operations.<\/p>\n<p>The property has been developed in line with both parties&#8217; sustainable profiles and it is now ready to welcome Kronans Apotek. The new tenant will lease 19,710\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> of the property&#8217;s total area of 27,540 m<sup>2<\/sup> with the opportunity to further expand its operations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201c<em>We are delighted to welcome Kronans Apotek to its new and state-of-the-art facility in Enk\u00f6ping Logistics Park. It is an expansive company and we have met the customer&#8217;s requirements, adapting the property to their specific needs.
