Flooring supplier Bona has signed a multi-year lease agreement with Logicenters for 7,000 m2 in Staffanstorp, just outside Malmo\u0308.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Bona has been an important and trusted family-owned company in the Ska\u030ane region since 1919. Its passion was born out of providing solutions that keep floors fine and functional throughout their lifetime. Today, the company supplies products and systems for installation worldwide.<\/p>\n

It has been announced that Bona is expanding its presence in Staffanstorp, just outside Malmo\u0308 where it was once created. A multi-year lease agreement has been signed with Logicenters for 7,000 m2 at the logistics property company\u2019s new facility.<\/p>\n

\u201cOur ambition to develop a full-scale logistics park in Staffanstorp feels more and more real every day. It is an attractive area where many companies are seeking intelligent logistics, something we are able to offer. We are delighted to have Bona as a new tenant, a traditional company with great potential for further growth,\u201d says Fredrik Nygren, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.<\/p>\n

The property is being built at Va\u0308stanva\u0308gen in Kronosla\u0308tts Logistics Park. With its proximity to Malmo\u0308 and the O\u0308resund region, the area’s geographical location is very attractive to many different types of companies. In the past, major companies such as First Class Brands of Sweden, Bring Frigo, BMW and Microsoft have chosen to establish a presence at the logistics park. Bona will become a neighbour to Norwegian electricity importer Elbutik.<\/p>\n

Bona has never been interested in taking the easy way out and we are always looking to find working methods that minimise our environmental impact,\u201d says Matz Lilja, Global Purchasing Director at Bona.<\/p>\n

The E6 and E22 motorways linking Staffanstorp to the Nordic motorway network are just five minutes from the property. The property is optimally located for fast and smooth transport links in the O\u0308resund region, throughout Sweden and the rest of the Continent, as Malmo\u0308 Airport and the O\u0308resund Bridge are both just 20 minutes away.
