The facility will have a total area of 38,000\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> with the Norwegian post and logistics company leasing 14,000\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup>.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>It was announced back in the autumn of 2021 that Logicenters was\u00a0 to begin its fourth development at its large 160,000\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> site in K\u00f8ge, four miles south of Copenhagen. The tenant at the facility will be logistics company Bring with its Shelfless investment. An initial contract has been signed for 14,000\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> but with the ambition to double this area in the future.<\/p>\n<p>The facility will be adapted in line with Bring&#8217;s investment in automated e-commerce logistics, enabling it to offer speedy and environmentally sound deliveries to its customers.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe have finally begun construction of the new, modern building, which will be tailored to the customer&#8217;s needs like a hand in a glove. We at Logicenters are also proud to be building the facility in line with our clear and forward-looking environmental profile,\u201d<\/em> says Thomas Petersen, Commercial Manager at Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>The new building will give Bring the opportunity to build its large-scale Shelfless auto storage solution in K\u00f8ge. The system is a total solution where technology enables stores to focus fully on their sales while Bring manages all processes from purchasing to delivery.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cShelfless is a major and important investment in our ambition to be a leader in e-commerce in the Nordic region. It is great that construction is now under way and that we now have the start of Shelfless in Denmark in sight. Completion is expected in a year&#8217;s time.
