Logicenters has now signed a lease with Danish logistics company Movianto. The lease is for a high-tech pharmaceutical warehouse with a floor area of 16,000 m<sup>2<\/sup> and the facility is scheduled for completion during the third quarter of 2022.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Logicenters has now signed a lease with another tenant at Egedesvej in K\u00f8ge, Denmark. The tenant is Movianto, a leading logistics company in pharmaceutical distribution. The long-term lease is for a high-quality pharmaceutical warehouse with a total area of 16,000 m<sup>2<\/sup>. As has been the case for Logicenters&#8217; other properties in K\u00f8ge, the warehouse will be built according to Logicenters&#8217; clear environmental profile with the option to install solar panels on the roof.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are delighted to have signed a lease with Movianto. The high-tech warehouse will be a state-of-the-art and sustainable logistics facility that will meet Movianto&#8217;s needs and streamline the efficiency of its logistics operations. We look forward to welcoming Movianto to its new warehouse in K\u00f8ge in the third quarter of 2022,\u201d<\/em> says Thomas Petersen, Commercial Manager, Logicenters.<\/p>\n<p>Movianto&#8217;s new warehouse is located in the Scandinavisk Transport Center logistics park, which is already home to companies such as Lidl and Netto. The area&#8217;s proximity to the E20, E55 and E47 European motorways offers geographical benefits. K\u00f8ge is also very close to Copenhagen and the port of K\u00f8ge.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cWe are looking forward to moving into a new facility which has been tailored to our needs. In the pharmaceutical industry, there is a greater need for logistics solutions and distribution in particular. We believe that the facility in K\u00f8ge will play an important part in our operations and will continue to improve the efficiency of our distribution in the coming years.
