S\u00f8ren has extensive experience of the Polish property market, most recently in his position as Head of Capital Markets at Cushman &amp; Wakefield. At Logicenters, he will manage and develop the company&#8217;s portfolio in the Polish market, where it plans to expand its presence exponentially in the coming years.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Earlier in the summer, it was announced that Logicenters, together with NREP&#8217;s spearhead in customer-oriented housing, is expanding beyond the Nordic borders into northern Europe \u2013 with Poland as its first destination. To support this expansion into the Polish market, Logicenters has now recruited S\u00f8ren Rodian Olsen to head up the logistics property company&#8217;s operations in the country. He joins us most recently from Cushman &amp; Wakefield and has 19 years of experience in the Polish property market.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cI would like to warmly welcome S\u00f8ren to the Logicenters team, where he will also be our very first appointment in Poland. S\u00f8ren has his roots in the Nordic region, which means that he understands that sustainability is a topic which sets us apart from many other parts of northern Europe. Over the next three years, the logistics property company&#8217;s goal is to acquire and develop up to 1,000,000\u00a0m<sup>2<\/sup> of logistics space in Poland.
