K\u00e5K\u00e5 has signed a long-term lease agreement with Logicenters for a large facility in the Kronosl\u00e4tt industrial park. The warehouse will be specifically designed to handle frozen, chilled, and dry goods, and will include dining areas, lounge spaces, conference rooms, a gym, and workstations. The facility is expected to be completed in the second quarter of 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Since 1927, K\u00e5K\u00e5 has been an innovative driving force in the Swedish bakery market. The company is currently Sweden\u2019s leading supplier of ingredients and accessories for bakeries, pastry shops, and the general baking industry. K\u00e5K\u00e5 is also a part of Orkla Food Ingredients.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It has now been confirmed that K\u00e5K\u00e5 is entering a long-term lease agreement with Logicenters. The agreement in Kronosl\u00e4tt industrial park spans over 15 years and includes a large property tailored to the needs of the tenant \u2013 with excellent solutions for handling the bakery supplier\u2019s frozen, chilled, and dry goods. K\u00e5K\u00e5 will retain its headquarters in Lomma.<\/p>\n

The property on V\u00e4stanv\u00e4gen in Staffanstorp will be expanded to approximately 60,000 m2<\/sup>. With its proximity to Malm\u00f6 and the \u00d6resund region, the area\u2019s geographical location is attractive to various types of companies. Current tenants in the area already include First Class Brands, BMW, Microsoft, Bona, Ecolution, AlfaLaval, and Elbutik.<\/p>\n

Just five minutes from the site you can find highways E6 and E22, which connect Staffanstorp to the Nordic highway network. The property is optimally located for fast and efficient transport throughout the \u00d6resund region, Sweden, and the rest of the continent, with both Malm\u00f6 Airport and the \u00d6resund bridge reachable within twenty minutes. Additionally, cities such as Copenhagen, Helsingborg, and Lund are all within an hour\u2019s drive from the facility.<\/p>\n
