The \u20ac200m investment, expanding to a total portfolio in excess of 4.2 million m<sup>2<\/sup>, including pipeline, complements Logicenters\u2019 Northern European logistics strategy.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Nrep\/Logicenters has acquired an 80 percent stake of one of the largest logistics developers in Poland, 7R. Nrep\/Logicenters is investing approximately \u20ac200m into the company, and thereby strengthening Logicenters\u2019 presence in Poland. 7R&#8217;s portfolio of prime locations and versatile properties perfectly aligns with the Logicenters vision. This strategic acquisition enables Logicenters to expand its product offering to the part of its Nordic client base that also operates in Poland.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cThis acquisition <\/em><em>marks an important milestone for Logicenters\u2019 growth.
