In the Vestby logistics park in the Oslo region, Logicenters has signed a lease agreement with Schibsted Norway. The long-term lease is for 30,500 m2, on Toveien 21, and is in the final stages of the property purchased by Ferd in 2021. Schibsted is expected to move in between March and June 2023.<\/strong><\/p>\n

It\u2019s now a done deal that Logicenters has signed a lease agreement with Schibsted Norway in Vestby logistics park, south of Oslo. The long-term lease is for 30,500 m2 on one of Logicenters newly developed properties in Vestby, with the address Toveien 21, where Schibsted Norway will rent the entire building. This is one of the largest leases signed in 2021 in Norway that has now been announced.<\/p>\n

The tenant will combine operations from several subisidiaries wholly or partly owned by the Schibsted Group. Schibsted Trykk is moving its operations from Nydalen to have a more efficient operation with HeltHjem Netthandel AS and Schibsted Distribusjon.<\/p>\n

The property will \u2013to a large extent be adapted to the customer\u2019s needs.. The building will have a clear sustainability profile, certified BREEAM \u00abvery good\u00bb. Logicenters are working on a large solar cell plant covering the entire roof and large parts of the facade.<\/p>\n

\u201dWe are happy to move in to a building prepared for the future with a clear green profile, in the heart of the Norwegian logistic center. The building creates opportunity for further expansion for Helthjem who\u2019s fast growth under the last year has taken 15 procent of the the package market. In the same time Schibsted Trykk get an effective facility adapted for the future with much lower energy consumption\u201d, says Harald Jacobsen, Head of Schibsted Norway.<\/p>\n

Vestby is a strategic location close to Oslo and the E6 and has attractive proximity to the ports of Moss and Gothenburg.<\/p>\n

Logicenter’s existing tenants in Norway include Oda.no, Coop, Maske, Malomo 3PL, Barnas Hus, GPA Flowsystem, Movement, NTEX and Prime Cargo.<\/p>\n
