The main tenant is Babyshop and the property is used for their e-commerce business to support sales in the Nordic region, US and UK. In addition to the warehouse, the facility hosts a modern office and photo studio to support Babyshop as they expand their business.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">The property was developed in 2016 and is located in the new expansive Stigamo area south of Torsvik.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"fontstyle0\">\u201dWe are very satisfied with the acquisition of the property. It has great specifications and a strategic location in the heart of Sweden with visibility towards E4 highway. It is in line with our strategy to both develop and acquire standing modern prime logistics properties and to further strengthen our position as a strategic partner for logistics companies.
